Hello, I'm Jess, and I'm thrilled to welcome you to Creative Cove!
As a proud Yukon and BC native, I've been fortunate to live a life deeply rooted in the world of vibrant creativity from an early age.
Whether it was working behind the scenes on stage crews for music festivals, participating in art classes led by renowned artists like Ted Harrison, or getting my hands dirty in pottery workshops with the talented Patrick Royle, I've always been drawn to the magic of artistic expression.
My passion for art has taken me across Europe, where I toured, creating custom resin and woodburning pieces inspired by the places and cultures I encountered. Over the years, I have been fortunate to commission art worldwide, working with acrylics, scratch art, woodburning, and large-scale resin pieces. My work continues to be collected in Ireland, Italy, Canada, Mexico, and Maui, allowing me to share my creativity across the globe.
Art and music have been constant companions in my life, and they've brought immense joy to my soul. Now, at Creative Cove, it's my mission to share that joy and warmth with the wonderful community of Morinville, and expanding and spreading my mission to Courtenay BC.
Our cozy art studios are more than just a place to create; it's a haven where your artistic dreams can flourish. From ceramic painting to private classes in resin pouring and woodburning, we offer a diverse range of opportunities for you to explore your creative side.

Beyond art, I am incredibly lucky to have been adopted into an amazing family, and I now get to be part of two wonderful boys’ journey as they grow and explore the world.
